We had the pleasure of working with Alina as part of our “City of Change” program, where she led two sessions on strategy for civil society organizations.
Honestly, strategy can be a dry topic — but Alina made it click. Participants came in unsure where to even begin with their organizational strategy, and left with concrete ideas they were genuinely excited to implement. The sessions felt like a conversation, not a lecture.
